वॉलीबॉल खेल का मैदान और नियम की जानकारी।

 वॉलीबॉल का मैदान

वॉलीबॉल का मैदान 18 मीटर बाय 9 मीटर का होता है। मैदान के बीच सेंटर लाइन होती है सेंट्रल। लाइन से दोनों तरफ। 3 मीटर पर अटैक लाइन होती है। वहां से आगे 6 मीटर पर एण्डलाइन होती है।

पोल

सेंटर लाइन पर ग्राउंड के बाहर 1 मीटर पर दोनों साइड से नेट बांधने के लिए दो viपोल लगे होते हैं।

 नेट

नेट की लंबाई। 9. 50 मीटर और चौड़ाई 1 मीटर होती है ने पुरुषों के लिए नेट 2.43 मीटर पर बांधी जाती है और महिलाओं के लिए 2.24 मीटर पर बांधी जाती है। 

बॉल

हॉलीबॉल का वजन 260 से 290 ग्राम होता है। उसका घेरा 65 से 67 सेंटीमीटर तक होता है।

 प्लेयर 

हॉलीबॉल में छह प्लेयर खेलते हैं तथा 6 अतिरिक्त खिलाड़ी होते हैं।

सेट

इस खेल में पाच सेट खेले जाते हैं दो-दो सेट की बराबरी होने पर पांचवा से 15 अंक का खेला जाता है।बाकी सेट 25 अंक के खेले जाते हैं।

पोजीशन

इस खेल में सेंटर, ब्लॉकर्स, आउटसाइड हीटर, विक् साइट हीटर और लिब्रो आदि पोजीशन होते हैं।

लिबरो

लिबरो की पोशाक अलग होती है वह सबटिट्यूट की भूमिका निभाता है लिब्रो को ब्लॉक और अटैक करने की अनुमति नहीं होती है वह डिफेन्स में मदद या फिर बॉल को बनाने में मदद करता है।

टाइमआउट।

हर सेट में 30 सेकंड के दो टाइम आउट हर टीम को मिलते हैं अगर 30 सेकंड से ज्यादा टाइम हुआ तो दूसरा टाइम है और उसमें जोड़ा जाता है इस। दौरान खिलाड़ी मैदान में पंच के परमिशन से। अंदर आ सकते हैं।

रोटेशन ऑर्डर 

खेल शुरू होने से पहले संघनायक खिलाड़ियों का क्रम निश्चित करता है।पूरा सेट खत्म होने तक इस क्रम को नहीं बदल सकते। 

सर्विस

1 सर्विस करने वाला खिलाड़ी सर्विस एरिया में से ही सर्विस करनी होती है। इस दौरान बाकी खिलाड़ी अपनी जगह पर होने चाहिए। 

2 सर्विस करते समय खिलाड़ी ने बॉल को हवा में उछाल कर दूसरे हाथ से बॉल को मारना होता है इस तरह मारने के बाद बॉल नेट के उपर से विपक्ष के मैदान में वह बॉल जाना चाहिए।

3 रेफरी के इशारे अथवा सिटी बजाने के बाद सर्विस करनी होती है।

4 सर्विस नेट पर से विपक्ष के मैदान से बाहर अगर गिर जाए तो वह फ़ाउल होता है।

बॉल टच 

1 हर टीम के पास नो बॉल को वापस दूसरे के मैदान में लौटाने के लिए 3 चांस होते हैं। 

2 खिलाड़ी दो बार बॉल  को टच नही कर सकता। 

फ़ाउल

1बॉल मैदान से बाहर गिरना।

2 एक खिलाडी का बॉल को दो बार टच करना।

3 सर्विस का क्रम गलत होना।

4 यदि सर्विस करते समय बॉल गिरते हुये अगर बॉडी टच हो जाए तो वह फ़ाउल होता है।

5 खिलाड़ी का किसी खिलाड़ी अथवा रेफरी से गलत तरह से पेश आना।

Volleyball field

The volleyball field is 18 meters by 9 meters.  The center line between the grounds is central.  On either side of the line.  There is an attack line at 3 meters.  From there the endline takes place at 6 meters.

 Poll

The center line has two poles for tying the net from both sides at 1 meter outside the ground.

 Net

Net Length.  The net is 9.50 meters and the width is 1 meter. The net is tied at 2.43 meters for men and 2.24 meters for women.

 Ball

 The weight of the volleyball is 260 to 290 grams.  Its range is from 65 to 67 centi meters.

The player

There are six players in volleyball and 6 additional players.

 The set

In this game five sets are played, on the equal of two sets, the fifth to 15 points are played. The rest sets are played for 25 points.

The position

The game has positions like center, blockers, outdoor heaters, wick site heaters and libero.

Libero

The Libero costume is different. He plays the role of a Substitute. Libero is not allowed to block and attack. He helps defense or make the ball.

 Timeout.

 Each team gets two time outs of 30 seconds in each set. If there is more than 30 seconds, then there is another time and it is added to it.  During the player's permission to punch in the field.  Can come in.

Rotation order

Before the start of the game, the players decide the order of the game. This sequence cannot be changed until the complete set is over.

Service

1 serving player has to be served from the service area itself.  During this time the rest of the players should be in their place.

2 While serving the player has to bounce the ball in the air and hit the ball with the other hand, after hitting this way, the ball should go to the opposition's ground on the bow net.

3 Service is to be done after referees gesturing or playing the whistle.

4 If he falls out of the opposition field from service nets, he fouls.

Ball touch

 1 Each team has 3 chances to return the no ball back to the other field.

 2 players cannot touch the ball twice.

Fouls

1 ball falling out of the field.

2 Touching a player's ball twice.

3 Service order wrong.

4 If the ball falls while serving, it fouls if the body touches.

5 player misbehaving with any player or referee.
