रिंग टेनिस ( टेनिकोइट) खेल का मैदान और नियम की जानकारी।

  रिंग टेनिस

           यह खेल टेनिकोइट नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इस खेल मे खिलाड़ी सिंगल डबल और डबल मिक्स इन प्रकार में हिस्सा लेते है। इससे पूरी टीम बनती है।

                          मैदान

टेनिकोइट खेल का मैदान 12.2 मी लंबा और 5.5मी चौडा होता है। मैदान के बीच मे दो पोल लगे होते है।जिसपर नेट लगी होती है। जिसकी ऊँचाई लगभग 5.5 फिट होती है। मैदान में पोल के पास 1.80मीटर का डेड कोर्ट होता है। जिसमे सर्विस  रिंग का गिरना फ़ाउल होता है। कोर्ट के बीच एक जोनल लाइन होती है, जो एक कोर्ट के दो हिस्से करती है।एक लेफ्ट कोर्ट दूसरा राइट कोर्ट डबल्स में यह कोर्ट उपयुक्त होता है।

                  रिंग

रिग रबर से बनी होती है।जिसका वजन 198 से 226 ग्राम होता है। रिंग का परिघ 16 से मी और अन्दर का 10 से मी होता है। रिंग की मोटाई 3 से मी होती है।

             खेल के नियम 

1 टॉस करके खिलाड़ी मैदान या रिंग चुनते है।

2 एक खिलाड़ी को लगातार पांच सर्विस करनी होती है। 

3 पहली सर्विस राइट कोर्ट से होती है।

4 सर्विस मैफन के बाहर से की जाती है।

      5 सर्विस हमेशा तिरछी (अपोजिट कोर्ट ) की जाती है।

        6 सर्विस करने के बाद रिंग को पूरे मैदान मे कही भी  फेक सकते हैं। 7 21 पॉइंट के तीन सेट खेले जाते है।3 में से दो सेट     जितने वाले गेम जीतते है।

    8 रिंग बिनाविलम्ब (जल्दी) वापस फेंकनी होती है।

9 रिंग को किसी भी एक हाथ से पकड़ सकते है।

10 रिंग का पहला टप्पा रिंग बाहर है या अंदर ये     ठहराता है।

11 रिंग हाथ मे होने पर स्टेपिंग नही कर सकते।

             फ़ाउल

1 सेम कोर्ट या डेड कोर्ट में सर्विस करना।

2 दोनो हाथ से रिंग पकड़ना।

रिंग वापस फेकते समय देरी करना।

3 हाथ घुमाकर रिंग को फेकने 

4 रिंग को ओवर हेड फेकना।

5 रिंग बबल करना या सेक करना।

6 खिलाडी को चकमा देकर या गलत हरकते करके रिंग फेकना।

7 रिंग मैदान से बाहर फेकना।

 Ring tennis

 The game is also known as "Tennikoit".  In this game, players participate in the types-single double and double mix.  This makes the whole team.

 *Field*

 The ring tennis playground is (12.2 m) long and (5.5 m) wide.  There are two poles in the middle of the field.  Which is about (5.5 feet) in height.  The pole in the ground has a dead court of (1.80 meters).  In which the fall of the service ring is foul.  There is a zonal line between the court, which divides two parts of a court. One court is suitable in one left court and second right court doubles.

 *Ring*

 The ring is made of rubber and weighs from (198 to 226 grams).  The periphery of the ring is (16 cm)and the inside is (10 cm). The thickness of the ring is (3 cm.)

 *Rules of the game*:-

 *1) By tossing  players choose the field or ring.

 *2) A player has to serve five in a row.

 *3) The first service is from the Right Court.

 *4) Service is done from outside the court.

 *5) Service is always done from opposite court.

 *6) After serving you can throw the ring anywhere in the field.

 *7) Three sets of 21 points are played...and.. Two out of 3 sets win the game.

 *8) rings have to be thrown back without delay (quickly).

 *9) can hold the ring with any one hand.

 *10) The first touch ring is always decided  wether from outside or inside.

 *11) Cannot do stepping when rings are in hand.

 *Fouls*

 *1) Serving in same court or dead court.

 *2) Holding the ring with both hands.

    Delay when ring back.

 *3) Hand Rotate Ring

    

 *4) Throw the ring over head.

 *5) Ring bubble or compress.

       Throw a ring by dodging or       misleading .

6) if players throw ring outside the ground.
