   नेटबॉल खेल के नियम और मैदान की जानकारी।

नेटबॉल का मैदान 100 फिट लंबा और 50 फिट चौडा होता है। इस मैदान के 10 मीटर के तीन हिस्से होते है। मैदान के बीच मे सेंटर सर्कल होता है। वही से खेल प्रारंभ होता है। मैदान के दोनों बाजू में 10 फिट ऊंचे पोल लगे होते है। उसपर 15  इंच की गोल रिंग होती है। जिसमे खिलाड़ी बॉल डालकर गोल करता है। पोल के पास 4.90 मिटर का घेरा होता है। जिस में से गोल करते है। बीच का सेंटर  सर्कल 90 से मी का होता है। यह टीम खेल है एक टीम में 7 प्लेयर्स होते है। जिनको अलग अलग नाम और खेलने का क्षेत्र निश्चित होता है। खेल का समय - इस खेल में 15 मिनट के चार परिया खेली जाती है।                                                     

नेटबॉल की गेंद 

 यह गेंद 27 इंच परिधि वाली होती है । इसका भार 14 से 16 औंस के बीच होता है | बाहा आवरण चमड़े का होता है तथा रबड़ का ब्लेडर होता है , जिसमे हवा भरी जाती है ।

खेल के जरूरी नियम 

1 टॉस करके मैदान या बॉल चुना जाता है। 

2 सेंटर सर्कल से खेल शुरू होता है।

 3 प्लेयर्स को पास देकर गोल करना होता है।

4 बॉल को टैब या ड्रिबलिंग करना मना है।

 5 तीन सेकंड में से ज्यादा बॉल को हाथ मे पकड़े रहना मना है।

फाउल्स

1 बॉल को हाथ से छीनना।

2  प्लेयर्स के तीन फीट से अधिक करीब जाना।

3 गलत तरीके से बॉल को छीनना। 

4 अपने एरिया से बाहर खेलना।

 5 किसी खिलाड़ी या ऑफिसियल से गैरवर्तन करना।

                                                   Netball

 The netball field is 100 fit long and 50  fit wide.  This ground has three parts of 10 meters.  There is a center circle in the middle of the field.  That is where the game starts.  There are 10 fit high poles on both sides of the field.  It has a 15 inch round ring on it.  In which the player scores a ball by putting a ball.  The pole has a 4.90-meter enclosure.  Of which we make goals  The center center center is 90 cm.  This is a team sport. A team consists of 7 players.  Those who have different names and play areas.

 Game Time -

In this game, four rounds of 15 minutes are played. Netball ball This ball has a circumference of 27 inches.  It weighs between 14 and 16 ounces.  The outer covering is of leather and has a rubber bladder, which is filled with air.

 Important rules of the game

 1 The field or ball is chosen by tossing

 2 The game starts from center circles. 

 3 players have to score by giving a pass.  

4 Ball tab or dribbling is not allowed.

 5 Player is not allowed to hold in hand for more than three seconds.

 Fouls

 1 snatching the ball by hand

 2 Getting closer than three feet of players 

3 Snatching the ball incorrectly 

4 Playing outside your area

 5 Non-diversion from a player or official.
