फुटबॉल खेल का मैदान और नियम की जानकारी।

 फुटबॉल 

 यह खेल देश विदेशों में बहुत ही पॉपुलर खेल है यह खेल में बॉल को पैरों से। और अपने सर से खेलना होता है। इस खेल के खिलाड़ी बहुत ही लचीले और दमदार होते हैं।

1 खिलाड़ी संख्या

यह खेल दो टीम के बीच खेला जाता है।हर टीम में 16 खिलाड़ी होते हैं उसमें से 11 खिलाड़ी प्रत्यक्ष मैदान में खेलते हैं। इनमें गोलकीपर एक महत्वपूर्ण खिलाड़ी होता है। 

2 खेल का मैदान

फुटबॉल का मैदान 110 मीटर लंबा और 64 मीटर चौड़ा होता है।

3 गोल पोस्ट

गोल पोस्ट की ऊंचाई 2.14  मीटर और चौड़ाई 7.32 मीटर होती है। यह मैदान के दोनों साइड से होते हैं।

4 गोल एरिया

गोल एरिया 5.5 मीटर। का होता है।

5 पेनल्टी एरिया 

16.5 मीटर का होता है।

6 पेनल्टी स्पॉट

गोल पोस्ट के। सामने 11 मीटर पर लगाया जाता है। 

7 पेनल्टी अर्क

पेनाल्टी स्पॉट् से 9.15 मीटर का होता है।

8 सेंटर सर्कल

9.10 मीटर का की त्रिज्या लेकर मारा जाता है।

9 कॉर्नर 

मैदान के चार कॉर्नर में 1 मीटर का लगाया जाता है। और इसमें एक झंडा भी लगा होता है जिसकी ऊंचाई 5 फिट होती है।

10 फुटबॉल

यह बॉल लेदर से बना होता है। जिसका घेरा 58 से 62 सेंटीमीटर तक होता है और इस बॉल का वजन 410 से 460 दिन तक होता है।

खेल समय

फुटबॉल में 45 मिनट के दो हाफ खेले जाते हैं इस बीच 15 मिनट का अंतराल होता है।

प्लेयर की पोजीशन

1 गोलकीपर

यह प्लेयर गोलपोस्ट के सामने खड़े होकर बॉल को। गोल होने से बचाता है। इसके लिए वह अपने हाथों का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।

2 डिफेंडर

 अपनी विरोधी टीम से बॉल को गोल होने से बचाते हैं।

3 मिड फील्डर 

विरोधी टीम के प्लेयर का बॉल छीनकर अपने प्लेयर को बॉल पास करना यह मिडफील्डर का काम होता है।

4 स्ट्राइकर

मुख्य कार्य गोल करना होता है।

थ्रो इन

बॉल जब मैदान से बाहर चले जाती है। तब जिस टीम के खिलाड़ी का आखरी टच हुआ होता है उस के ऑपोजिट टीम को बॉल  अंदर फेकना होता है। 

फुटबॉल कीक

1 जब बॉल गोल लाइन से बाहर चली जाए तो ऐसी स्थिति में अटैक कर द्वारा बॉल को आखिरी बार छूने के कारण डिफेंडर टीम को किक करने का मौका मिलता है।

2 कॉर्नर किक

 जब बॉल गोल रेखा से बाहर चले जाए और डिफेन्स करने वाली टीम का आखिरी टच हो ऐसी स्थिति में अटैक करने वाली टीम को यह कि करने का मौका मिलता है।

3 इनडायरेक्ट फ्री किक 

बिना किसी भी चीज फाउल के बॉल को बाहर भेज दिया जाए और खेल रुक जाए इस स्थिति में विरोधी टीम को यह किक करनी होती है।

 कार्ड

1 येल्लो कार्ड

 रेफरी खिलाड़ी को इसकी गलत बर्ताव के लिए यह

कार्ड दिखाकर मैदान से बाहर भेज सकता है अथवा ताकिद दी जाती है।

2 रेड कार्ड

येलो कार्ड दिखाने के बाद भी खिलाड़ी अगर नहीं सुधरता है। इस स्थिति में रेफरी रेड कार्ड का उपयोग कर इस खिलाड़ी को खेल से बाहर भेज सकता है।

फाउल

1 बॉल को धोखा दायक तरीके से खेलना।

2 विरोधी खिलाड़ियों को खेल में बाधा पहुंचाना।

3 विरोधी खिलाड़ियों को धक्का देना अथवा मारना।

4 विरोधी खिलाड़ी के अंग पर चाल करना।

5 बॉल को हाथ का स्पर्श होना।

6 खेल नियम नियमों का भंग करना।

7 खिलाड़ी का किसी खिलाड़ी अथवा रेफरी के साथ गलत तरीके से पेश आना।
