कबड्डी खेल का मैदान और नियम की जानकारी।

 कबड्डी का मैदान

 मैदान कि लम्बाई 13 मीटर और चौड़ाई 10 मीटर होती है मैदान के दोनों साइड में 1 मीटर की लॉबी होती है। मेडलाइन से निदान लाइन 3 .75 मीटर होती है और वहां से आगे 1 मीटर पर बोनस लाइन होती है। 

खिलाड़ी 

कबड्डी में 7 खिलाडी खेलते हैं और पांच खिलाड़ी अतिरिक्त होते हैं। हर प्लेयर को अपनी पोजीशन होती है जैसे लेफ्ट, राइट या मीड़ल कबड्डी खेल में प्लेयर साइड में दो कि और बीच में तीन खिलाड़ी की चैन होती है। 

खेल का समय

पुरुष के लिए खेल का समय 20 मिनट के 2 सत्रह में खेला जाता है बीच में 5 मिनट का अंतराल होता है। 

खेल के सामान्य नियम 

1.  टॉस जीतने वाला संघ मैदान या चढ़ाई (रेड) चुनता है।
2.  चढ़ाई (रेड) करते समय प्लेयर अपने आँगन से ही कबड्डी कहना चाहिए। 
3.  एक समय एक ही खिलाड़ी चढाई करेगा।
4.  चढ़ाई करने वाले खिलाड़ी को निदान लाइन को टच करना होगा। अगर प्लेयर किसी प्लेयर को बाद करते तो ऐसी हालत में नीदान लाइन को टच करना जरूरी नहीं होगा। 
5.  बगैर स्ट्रगल के लॉबी में जाना मना जब खिलाडी की भिड़त होती है तब लॉबी का समावेश मैदान में हो जाता है।
6.  विरोधी पक्ष के पास 5 से अधिक खिलाड़ी मैदान में हो तो बोनस लाइन टच करने से 1 अंक मिलता है।
7.  खेल के सभी खिलाड़ी आउट होने के बाद सामने वाली टीम को लोन से 2 अंक मिलते हैं।
8.  खिलाड़ी खेलते समय खेल का ड्रेस और बदन पर कोई भी वस्तु नहीं पहन सकते।
9.  अंतराल में रेफरी के परमिशन से बदली खिलाड़ी अंदर आ सकते हैं।
10.  एक मैच में संघनायक दो बार 30 सेकंड का टाइम आउट ले सकते हैं।

फाउल्स

1.  खिलाड़ी किसी खिलाड़ी या रेफरी से गैरवर्तन करना। 
2.  कपड़े या गला पकड़ना।
3.   पकड़ में कैच्ची का उपयोग करना।
4.  टीम का समय पर रिपोर्ट नहीं करना।
5.  जानबूझकर किसी प्लेयर को अंतिम रेखा से बाहर धक्का देना या खीचना।

*Kabaddi Ground*

        The length of the ground is 13 meters and the width is 10 meters. There is a lobby of 1 meter on both sides of the field.  From the med line the diagnosis line is 3 .75 meters and from there .., there is a bonus line at 1 meter.

*The player*

 Kabaddi team has 7 players in main and five players are extra.  Each player has (his / her) own position like in left, right or middle kabaddi games, there are two players in the player side and three players in the middle.

 *Game Time..*

 The playing time for the male is played in 2 innings.. 20 minutes, with a 5 minute interval in between.

 *General rules of the game*

1) The union that wins  toss chooses a field or climb (red).

2) While climbing  (red), the player should say Kabaddi from his own courtyard.

3) At the same time only one player will climb.

4) The climbing player must touch the diagnosis line.  If the player was after a player then in such a condition it would not be necessary to touch the needle line.

5) Without going to the lobby or to refuse to go to the lobby, when the player encounters, the lobby gets involved in the field.

5) If more than  players are in the field with 6 opposing sides, touching the bonus line gives 1 point.

7) After all players in  games are out, the front team gets 2 points from the lone.

8) Players must wear a proper and complete game dress and must not wear any body gear to harm while playing.

 9) The referee's permission in  intervals can allow a replacement player.

 10) In a match, the captan can take a time out of 30 seconds twice.

 *Fouls*

1) Player if  do argument with any other player or referee.

 2) if any Player pulls clothes or holds the throat of any other player while playing. 

3) if any Player perform any dangerous move(wrong grips) in game.

 4) Not reporting on time.

 5) Intentionally pushing or pulling a player out of the last line.
