सेपक टाकरा खेल का मैदान और नियमो की जानकारी।

 सेपक टाकरा

यह खेल थाईलैंड मलेशिया, फिलीपींस आदि 15 से अधिक देशों में  बहुत पॉपुलर है। इस खेल का मैदान 13.4 मीटर लंबा और 6.1मी मीटर चौड़ा होता है। इसका सर्विस सर्कल 30 सेंटीमीटर का होता है । और क्वार्टर सर्कल 90 सेंटीमीटर का होता है ।

 खेल का बॉल

बॉल सिंथेटिक फाइबर से बनता है। जिसमें 12 होल होते हैं और इसका वजन 150 से 160 ग्राम तक होता है।

 नेट 

 इस खेल के लिए नेट 7 मीटर की होती है जिसकी ऊंचाई पुरुषों के लिए 1. 52 मीटर तथा महिलाओं के लिए 1. 45 मीटर होती है। 

सेटपॉइंट (पारिया)

 इस खेल में 3 सेट खेले जाते हैं। पहले दो सेट 21 पॉइंट और तीसरा से 11 पॉइंट का होता है। लगातार दो सेट जीतने वाली टीम विजय होती है। या तीसरा सेट 11 सीट का पॉइंट का खेला जाता है।

 प्लेयर 

यह खेल टीम में 3 प्लेयर खेलते हैं और डबल में 2 खिलाड़ी खेलते हैं।

खेल के नियम 

1. टॉस करने के बाद प्लेयर बॉल या मैदान चुनते हैं।
2.  सर्विस करते समय दो प्लेयर क्वाटर सर्कल में खड़े होते हैं। जिसमे से एक प्लेयर बॉल को फेकता है  उसे थ्रोअर कहा जाता है।और तीसरा प्लेयर बॉल सर्विस करता है। उसका एक पैर सर्कल में और दूसरे पैरों से    बॉल को किक करता है। 
3.  बॉल  को बिना हाथ लगाए अपने सर ,थाई (घूटने) पैरों के सहारे बॉल को दूसरे के आँगन में नेटपार करना होता है।
4.   बॉल को दूसरे टीम को वापस करने के लिए टीम को तीन चांस होते हैं जिसे एक प्लेयर या तीनों प्लेयर भी ले सकते हैं। 
5.  सर्विस करते समय सभी प्लेयर्स अपनी जगाहों में होनी चाहिए तथा सर्विस करने वाला प्लेयर का एक पैर सर्विस सर्कल में होना चाहिये।

फ़ाउल

 

  1 सर्विस मैदान से बाहर जाना   2  बॉल को हाथ का टच होना।  

3 बॉल जमीन पर गिरने के बाद बॉल      को खेलना। 

4 किसी खिलाड़ी या ऑफिशियल के साथ गलत  हरकत या चिल्लाना।

5 खेल नियम का उल्लघंन करना।

 Play 3 player in this game team and play 2 players in the double. 

the rule

 1 After toss the player chose ball or ground. Two players are standing in the circle while serving

 2. From which one player falls to the ball, it is called Throre.And the third player ball service. It kicks the ball from one leg in the circle and other feet.

 3 Ball has put without hand, the ball is to lead the ball in the second courtyard. 

4 Balls are three chains to the team back to the second team, which can also take a player or all three players. While serving 

5, all the players should be in their position and a foot-to-service player should be in the service circle.
